Forsyth County
Employees' Credit Union may disclose all of the
information that we collect to the above agencies
or companies as permitted by law and subject to
contractual confidentiality provisions, which
restrict the release and use of such
information.
We do not disclose any
information to unaffliated third
parties.
It is our
practice to retire all information obtained from a
former member and not use it for any marketing
purposes.
The Forsyth
County Employees' Credit Union restricts access to
nonpublic information of our membership to
employees who have a specific business purpose in
utilizing member data.

products and services to our membership.
